Change of manager for Fidelity Mid-Cap Stock

No changes to our Buy-Hold-Sell ratings are warranted based on this change.

Please note the following portfolio manager appointment, effective January 31, 2011:

John D. Roth has been named portfolio manager of Fidelity® Mid-Cap Stock Fund, succeeding Shep Perkins.  John will continue to manage Fidelity New Millennium Fund.  John joined Fidelity full-time in 1999 as an equity research analyst following electric and gas utility companies after serving as an equity research intern.  He managed Select Utilities Growth Portfolio from 1999 until 2002, and managed Select Chemicals Portfolio from 2002 until 2004, when he assumed responsibility for Select Multimedia Portfolio, which he managed until August 2006.  Beginning in 2004, John managed Select Consumer Industries Portfolio, VIP Consumer Industries Portfolio and Fidelity Advisor Consumer Industries Fund, and served as consumer sector leader until 2006.  He began managing Fidelity New Millennium Fund in 2006.  In 2007, John was appointed to Fidelity’s Multi-Manager Group and began managing the consumer discretionary sub-portfolio of VIP Contrafund. He assumed co-management responsibility with the same group for Fidelity Balanced Fund and Fidelity Advisor Balanced Fund in 2008, and for Fidelity Series All-Sector Fund in 2008. Prior to joining Fidelity, John was an equity trader with Tucker Anthony in Boston from 1992 to 1997.
